Dear BrilliantMont Families,

What a blessing to welcome our new families to our school community!

International Field Trip: It is truly a joy for our students to have the opportunity to not only learn within the confines of the classroom but also explore historic sites around the world. We take pride not only in their academic achievements but also in their openness to and appreciation of different cultures, traditions, and people in each country they visited. It’s heartwarming to see our students travel thousands of miles away from their families and return home safely. We believe that these experiences are invaluable in shaping their global perspective.

School Calendar 2024-2025:

For 180 days of instruction, including a few days of hybrid classes. Please rest assured that teachers will provide packets for students to work on during these days, or their advisory teachers will assign novels for them to read.

Middle School and High School students will be changing classrooms for each class and will have the opportunity to take AP classes after 2 pm. Additionally, students may earn college credits while in High School. Graduation requirements will be outlined during the Parents and Students Orientation, and we are committed to supporting students in meeting prerequisites for universities. Dr. Shuktika Chatterjee, our Academic Dean, will provide academic guidance, while our Student Dean will focus on behavioral support.

Elementary students will rotate through various classes such as Bible, & Computer, Robotics, Foreign Language, Music, and P.E. Most major subjects like Math, ELA & Social Studies will be taught in their advisory classrooms. Students will also have scheduled days to visit the Science laboratory and the Library, with Blue days on Mondays and Fridays and Gold days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, determining their subjects for those days.

Regarding classroom usage, if you see an Elective Class listed in the Advisory classroom, it means that the classroom will be utilized when advisory students are not present. Our goal is to ensure that BrilliantMont is fully prepared for the start of the academic year on August 26, 2024.

Your trust in BrilliantMont is deeply appreciated, and we are dedicated to fostering an environment of Faith, Academic Excellence, Athletics, and Arts for all students. Please stay tuned for more announcements via email in the coming weeks.

In Christ,
Christyn Cal
