This amount is divided into equal monthly payments spread over a 10-month period from August 1st to May 1st. The Registration Fee stands at $395 per year, while the Curriculum Fee amounts to $398 annually. It’s important to note that these fees are non-refundable.

Scholarship Details:

  1. This scholarship is available to students entering elementary through high school.
  2. It covers tuition fees only. Families are responsible for registration, curriculum fees, and any incidental expenses.
  3. Scholarships will be reviewed based on assessment results, considering criteria such as Christian leadership, academics, athletics, and performing arts.
  4. Renewal of the scholarship is contingent upon maintaining an excellent academic record, demonstrating good moral standing, and actively participating in community service and extracurricular activities.
  5. Scholarships range from 10% to 30% based on qualification.

Payment Plans:

  • All necessary fees must be settled prior to the official enrollment of any student in the school.
  • Payment of tuition fees can be made through Procare using ACH Processing or Debit/Credit Card transactions. Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Families are provided with the flexibility to pay tuition fees on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis according to their preference.

Tuition Refund Policy

  • Registration and Curriculum fees are non-refundable.

  • Tuition may be refunded once 30 days written notice has been received. If notice is given after the tuition has been run on the 1st of the Month, no refunds will be issued.

  • No tuition credit will be given during holidays.
